HIIT - Emphasize on Lower Body

Fit Camps will help you lose the most amount of fat in the shortest amount of time possible. With a circuit workout system that combines cardio, core, and resistance training it will keep your metabolism burning for hours after the workout. Fit camps are designed for men and women of all ages and fitness levels who are looking to lose weight or to get back into cardiovascular shape. 


Cardio Core

Everyone in camp works at their own stations within the circuit, so you don't have to worry about keeping up with the rest of the class and can go at a pace that you feel comfortable with. Each trainer knows what moves are most effective to work each specific body part and can make modifications to fit your skill level. No fit camp exercise is the same, so you always leave feeling accomplished. 


HIIT - Emphasize on Upper Body

When signing up you will also be provided with a FREE, diet plan that is specific to you and the goals that you want to achieve. They have repeatedly proven to produce results. 

Fit camps are available every Monday, Wednesday, Friday's as well as on Saturday's and Sunday's for specific hours. Make sure to check out our schedule. 

Weight Lifting


Chest & Back Exercises

The olympius weight lifting classes at iThinkFit use body-builder style training methods to help you learn correct lifting technique, develop new muscle and build lean mass. You'll be able to track your progress as you get stronger and see your body change before your eyes and develop muscles you never knew you had! 


Leg Exercises

We break the body down into separate muscle groups through isolation, using compound lifting movements to hit target muscle groups hard. This has been proven to be the most efficient way to add quality lean muscle to your frame. 

Saturday / Sunday

Bicep & Tricep / Shoulder, Calves & Abdominal Exercises

We work two different muscle groups in each workout and focus on each muscle once per week. Each workout is designed to challenge that particular part of the body. This allows a full seven days to let the muscle recover and grow. We are in the weight room Tuesday, Thursday's as well as specific hours on Saturday and Sunday. Make sure to check out our schedule for more details.
