This workout will help you to lose the most amount of fat in the shortest amount of time possible!
This camp involves a circuit workout system that combines cardio, core, and resistance training — it will keep your metabolism burning for hours after the workout! Fit Camp is designed for men and women of all ages and fitness levels who are looking to lose weight or just get back into cardiovascular shape again.
Everyone in camp works at their own station within the circuit, so you don't have to worry about keeping up with rest of the class or holding back if you're more experienced.
When you join a Fit Camp, you will also be provided with a FREE, great-tasting, practical diet plan that has been repeatedly proven to produce results! Typical results for six-week camp are a loss of 7 to 15 pounds — a 5 to 7 percent loss in body fat! If you visualize yourself with a six-pack...this is where you get one!
Many of our campers choose to do two or three camps in a row. Membership to Fit Camp gives you the opportunity to workout up to seven times a week! We have morning and evening sessions to fit any busy schedule.
This is our most advanced weight training class!
We like to call this one of the hardest workouts in Omaha. The guided lifting at a steady pace will shred your muscles and help promote new growth.
If at all possible, we do highly suggest for the member who are participating in the nooner so come a few minutes early to stretch out and warm up on their own.
This co-ed camp uses body-builder-style training methods to help you learn correct lifting technique, develop new muscle and build lean mass.
You'll be able to track your progress as you get stronger and see your body change before your eyes — develop muscles you never knew you had!
We break the body down into separate muscle groups through isolation, using compound lifting movements to hit target muscle groups hard. This has been proven to be the most efficient way to add quality lean muscle to your frame.
We work two different muscle groups in each workout and focus on each muscle once per week. This allows a full seven days to let the muscle recover and grow.
